Corrin is the founder of a small faction known as the Silent Council, a group that maintains back-office connections with various powers in the governments of the Collective, its allies and rivals. His professed goal is to hold some sense of balance and goodwill between the various factions and prevent the outbreak of a war that almost no one wants.

He is a shrew trader and an outgoing personality, always willing to lend a hand to new pilots and help them learn the ropes.
